Ontario Rebate Check ("we", "us", "ontariorebatecheck.ca") operates an independent Home Renovation Savings Program eligibility tool. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Checker inputs: gas provider, heating source, upgrade type, and similar eligibility answers you enter in the tool
- Contact details: name, email, phone, and city if you submit the connect form
- Usage data: standard server logs and analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics or similar services
- Communications: emails or messages you send us directly
How we use your information
- Provide eligibility estimates and respond to your requests
- Connect you with participating contractors when you ask us to
- Improve the website and fix technical issues
- Send follow-up emails related to your inquiry (you may opt out anytime)
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share contact details with participating contractors only when you request a connection. We use service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
