HRSP offers two ways to get insulation rebates. Standalone attic insulation qualifies on the single-upgrade path with no EnerGuide audit, up to $1,250. Wall, basement, and combined insulation upgrades usually require the bundled path with a pre-retrofit assessment.

On the bundled path, do not install any insulation before your pre-retrofit EnerGuide assessment or you lose all bundled rebates.
